It’s not about how big or how small…

“I believe everyone has God-sized dreams. It’s not about how big or small they are, because he creates each one to perfectly fit the size of your heart.”

From my morning readings in “You’re Made for a God-Sized Dream”, by Holley Gerth.

God fits our dreams to both the size of our hearts and our strengths and skills.  And every God-sized dream, however big or small, if followed with passion and care, helps further His will in the world.
Never feel like what you are called to do is too small to matter.

    • “You may say, “But I don’t have big dreams.”
      Exactly.
The size of the dream isn’t what matters.
I believe everyone has God-sized dreams. It’s not about how big or how small they are, because he creates each one to perfectly fit the size of your heart.
Your dream might be to move across the world and start a nonprofit organization that cares for orphans – what looks like a grand adventure in the world’s eyes.
Or your dream might be to stay right in your small town and raise your kids so they grow into strong men and women – what looks fairly ordinary in the world’s eyes.
      Both are equally important.
      And both are God-sized dreams.”

Hope this expansion helps. BTW, I can’t say how much I’m getting from this book. Anyone interested in buddying to study it together?
